Description

SHIELD, ELECTRONIC C NSN: 5999-01-290-0592, This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Issue date is on or about 06/23/04, with the Response date on or around 07/23/04. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Purchase request number: YPE04168000375; Approved source: Raytheon (15090) Part number 6122943, Zippertubing Co (07240) p/n 6122943. This will be a large purchase contract with a quantity option. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. The basic quantity will be for approximately 25 each. All 25 pieces will be shipped to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Louisville, KY. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
