Description

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order with Instron Corporation for an EXTEND Upgrade Package. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See numbered note 22.
