Description

Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials and necessary supervision to perform Project 568-03-101, Relocate Dental Service, at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Fort Meade, SD. Work will include alterations, mechanical and electrical work. All work to be performed within strict compliance with contract specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Applicable NAIC code is 233320, a pre bid conference has been scheduled for July 27, 2004 at 1:30 local time in building #83 Engineering Service. Bid opening is scheduled for 8/10/04 at 2:00 P.M. local time. There will be a $50.00 refundable deposit for the solicitation package. Depost may be in the form of a personal business check or a money order made payable to the Agent Cashier. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer (FIN-20), Bldg.#46, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741. Note: Award of this project is subject to the availability of funds.NOTE: THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE
