Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Prometheus Laboratories Inc. for the following annual tests: IBD First Step Generation II (Test code 1004), estimated annual use is 10; IBD Diagnostic System (Test Code 1003 ), estimated annual use is 1; Comprehensive Celiac Disease System (Test code 6300), estimated annual use is 1; Celiac Disease Serology (Test code 1105), estimated annual use is 10; Celiac Genetics (Test code 6200), estimated annual use is 2; Pro-Predict TP MT (Test code 3300), estimated annual use is 5; Pro-Predict EnzAct (Test code 3320), estimated annual use is 1; and Pro-Predict Metabolites (Test code 3200), estimated annual use is 5. Testing services solicitation, W91YTZ-04-T-0085 is issued for Walter Re ed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307. The base period of performance will be one year with four option periods. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an aw ard. Interested parties shall provide detailed information on the proposed service, which clearly meets the requirements stated above. Response (s) may be via E-mail or on company letterhead; include companies name, point of contact, address, phone number, Duns number, tax ID, business size, and solicitation number.
