- GS05P04GAD0136 is for Project Management Services at various locations in the Greater Chicagoland area. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to perform project management services for construction and repair and alteration projects as described in the solicitation. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The contract period will consist of a 1-year base period with 4 one-year options with an estimated start date of December 1, 2004. This is a negotiated procurement set aside to small businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with a size standard of $6.0 million. GSA is issuing the solicitation electronically only. It will be available on or about July 7, 2004. Interested parties must access the solicitation via the Fedteds website at www.fedteds.gov. The solicitation will not be available on the Fedbizopps website.
