F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Tes ting (FAT) is 5 each 315 days after contract award (DACA) . The First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 5 each 210 DACA. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION Cage Code (78286) because this pa rt requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the pa rt from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
