Description

The U.S. Postal Services (USPS) is seeking sources to participate in a supplier workshop to discuss management of trash removal and recycling services. Specifically, USPS is interested in hearing innovative ideas to approach these services from a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) perspective. Ideally, trash removal costs would be minimized by eliminating recyclable materials from the waste stream. Workshops will be held August 17 and 18 in Memphis, TN. Suppliers will have one hour to make their presentations, followed by one hour Q&A session. Interested suppliers must submit an information packet to: Mark Treese 225 N Humphreys Blvd Memphis, TN 38166-6260 This packet should include a brief company history, an outline of the proposed presentation, and examples of how the supplier has lowered TCO of these services for other clients. Time and scheduling constraints allow for only six suppliers to participate in this workshop, however non-selection will not influence any future requests for services.
