Description: Solicitation W15P7T-04-R-A608 is for various Commercial Catalog Spare Part Items from Rockwell Collins Corporation to support the AN/ARN-147(V)VOR/ILS/MB Radio Set, and the AN/ARN-149 Low Frequency Automatic Direction Finder. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competition for the various commercial spare parts. Rockwell Collins Corporation is the only source that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Governments' requirements. This is an approved sole source acquisition with Rockwell Collins authorized under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. However, all responsibile sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. The US Army Communications and Electro nics Command (CECOM) has established the IBOP Website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests For Proposals (RFPS). All interested parties in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the IBOP at (http ://abop.monmouth.army.mil) The solicitation will be postedto this same site. Upon accessing this webpage, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential Business opportunities by simly typing guest for the login ID and password. Registrati on for user ID and Password will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of CECOM proposals through the IBOP.The Department of Defense requires all contractors to be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) to receive contract award or payment.
