- The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contact, with a minimum quantity of 15 each and a maximum of 90 each. This maximum quantity includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales (FMS) q uantity of 15 each. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-6110-226 dated 6 February 1998 and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This requirement is fully competitive. All responsibl e sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be acce pted. Requests for solicitation will be by datafax or mail only. You may datafax your request to AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Attn: Darryl Wright, Contract Specialist (256) 955-9237 or mailed only to, US Army Aviation & Missile Command, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Daryl Wrig ht, Bldg 5303, M&O, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Awarded will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted depended upon the d ate of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
