Description

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground, (USAYPG) in conjunction with PEO STRICOM intends to negotiate with M/A-COM Incorporated 1011 Pawtucket BLVD, Lowell, Massachutes, 01853-3295 on an other than full and open competition basis a contract for e nhancement and integration of the telemetry transmitter components and modules development under the research and development requirements contract DAAD01-98-D-0004 for Telemetry Transmitter Chip Set and Power Amplifier developed by MA/COM in support of th e Hardened Sub-miniature Telemetry Sensor System (HSTSS). This requirement will provide additional capabilities, flexible packaging, to include integration of various sensors and boards. M/A-COM is the developer and designer of the components and modules and possesses the proprietary schematics and specifications. All technical data relative to the above components is proprietary to M/A-COM. Interested parties may submit technical literature showing their capability to meet the Governments requirement 0 5 August 2004. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informa tion received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22.
