Description

The work consists of constructing a new water supply well. Work includes installing a solar powered submersible pumping system, approximately 250 feet of 1.5 inch diameter PVC water line, a 500 gallon potable water storage tank, a photovoltaic solar power supply system, domestic pressure booster pump, pressurized water storage tank and all associated valves, fittings, appurtenances, electrical work and surface restoration. NAICS Code is 237110. Project site is located in Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is March 7, 2005, and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is July 8, 2004.
