Description
US Government Wants to Lease Space in Marathon, FL AMOUNT: Approximately 7,500 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Rentable space must yield approximately 6,785 BOMA usable square feet. Building must be Class ?A?. Space must be capable of providing expansion of approximately 8,000 rentable square feet. LOCATION: Proposed space must be located within the area known as Marathon, Florida. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ONLY CONSIDER EXISTING BUILDINGS. REQUIRED: General: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other: The following are specific requirements to be met by the space and building: 1. 30 on site parking spaces accessible 24/7. 2. An area large enough to allow a full size bus to enter, maneuver and exit. 3. Space must be a single block of contiguous space (i.e. not separated by a public corridor or hallway). 4. Windows must have, or be capable of having, positive locking systems that are not susceptible to tampering from the outside. Security bars are required on windows accessible from the outside (first floor, ledges, roofs, etc.). 5. Occupancy is required no later than September 14, 2004. TERM: Ten (10) years, with five (5) year firm term. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than June 29, 2004. Agents must SUBMIT a letter of authorization or other evidence to represent an owner. BUILDINGS SUBMITTED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FORMAL MARKET SURVEY BY THE GOVERNMENT TO DETERMINE SUITABILTY TO MEET THE GOVERNMENT?S REQUIREMENTS AND RECEIVE A FORMAL SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS.
