- Description
- In accordance with the Revised Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has conducted a Streamlined Competition for Career and Organizational Development/Instructional Services. The study was announced on 26 March 2004 and was amended 7 April, 2004 . CMS has completed this study effective 18 June 2004. The results of the study confirm that it is more cost effective to retain the studied commercial activity in-house. The number of Federal Government FTEs performing the work is twenty-five (25). This streamlined competitive sourcing study was conducted at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, 7500 Security Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21244-1850.
