- Request for Quotations (RFQ) 246-04-Q-0024: Provide radiology transcription services for the W.W. Hastings Hospital, 100 S. Bliss, Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The requirement includes a base year plus three option years. Interested vendors may obtain a copy of the RFQ by submitting a request via e-mail to sara.marcus@mail.ihs.gov or fax number 405-951-3771. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. RFQ estimated release date is July 9, 2004. The RFQ will not be available via Internet, e-mail or fax.
