Description

This requirement is to provide Obstetric services for Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), Fort Gordon, GA and Graduate Medical Education Services for DDEAMC interns and residents, which will be performed at the Contractor's facility , as designated by DDEAMC. The contractor shall provide full inpatient obstetric labor delivery and newborn nursery for an estimate of 576 deliveries annually, in accordance with federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia. This will include technic al and clinical oversight, training and evaluation for DDEAMC's interns and residents. Services shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Performance Period shall be effective 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2004 (Base Y ear). Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 52.217-0008 and 52.217-0009, four (4) annual option periods with an additional option to extend services (NTE 6 months), will be available under the proposed contract. The NAICS code is 622110 ($25M).
