Description

Presolicitation notice to provide all labor, material, and equipment to furnish, transport, assemble, erect, and secure on the project site or site build fully accessible residence to have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a two car garage, ready for occupancy. Construct a cast-in-place concrete basement foundation to support the residence, to include enclosed entry, back concrete stoop and stair, concrete ramp, and concrete sidewalks, extend and connect water, gas, and electric to residence, install and connect septic system, inclusive of 240 lineal feet of leach field lateral. Work shall include all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work required for a completed project as shown on the plans and specifications. The project is located at the Lake Andes National Wildlife Refuge, Lake Andes, South Dakota. The performance period is 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 8, 2004 with a closing date of on or about August 10, 2004. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is open to both small and large business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
