- Request for quote: GSA FSS Global Supply is accepting quotes for 5130-00-561-1389, Electric Portable Drill qty of 246 with delivery to the GSA warehouse in Burlington NJ, and French Camp CA. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to all GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware, D-FSS-475 Bar Coding and 552.246-70 Source Inspection applies, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001). Award will be based on price and deliver (DARO). Please respond to Celeste Gorman at 816-926-2438, or fax your response to 816-823-3109 by close of business June 28, 2004. In addition to the current requirement of 246, GSA, FSS, Global supply intends to establish a one-year standing price quote. Estimated one year quantity will be 350.
