- Description
- The Foreign Service Institute, Department of State, intends to award a fixed price contract with a base year and two renewable option years. This award will be 100% small business set-aside. This is a full time contract position to develop courses and train Foreign Service Nationals in the areas of Supervisory Skills, Customer Focused Management, and numerous areas designed to meet specific program duties of Foreign Service Nationals. These courses are delivered at Foreign Service Institute as well as at regional training centers, regional workshops and individual Embassies abroad. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed separately. The Solicitation will be released by no later than 2 July 2004.
