Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a contract to Removable Media Solutions, Inc (RMSI), Rancho Cordova, CA for Mobile communications equipment package and installation for delivery to the Un ited States Property & Fiscal Office in San Luis Obispo, CA. Equipment is to be integrated into and upgrade existing equipment. The Government considers the custom manufactured systems listed below manufactured by RMSI to meet the minimum requirements of the Government. Systems include: *Remote Viewing Station for Video Monitoring System, Out Door Camera with Wireless Transceiver Package. Additional services/supplies include: Reconfigure & painting of existing shelter, generator integration & program management, system operator training, configuration checks, IPS-Trilogy hardware & install plus 1 year service, and training manuals. Contract will be awarded unless another firm can provide equivalent equipment and services prior to 15 July 04 to meet mi ssion requirements. Equipment & services offered must meet all characteristics of RMSI??????s. All responsible business firms must respond in writing prior to 1400 30 June 2004.
