- Description
- The U.S. Fish and WIldlife Service, Region 6, Denver, Colorado, is requesting proposals from experienced contractors to furnish all necessary equipment, materials, labor, permits and services to construct a wood and steel observation platorm and access stairs to an existing 100 foot hihg steel fire tower. Project work includes, but not limited to, removal of existing stairs and platform and replace with new. Project work is located at the Lostwood National Wildife Refuge, Mountrial, North Dakota. Alll essential requirement are outlined in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The total performance period ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business concerns under NAICS Code 238190. The solicitation package is anticipated to posted to the NBC website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 9, 2004. Proposal evaluations will be on best value/technical, past performance and price. Copies of this Request for Proposal and attachments can be obtained at the above listed website. There will be no hard copy of this solicitation issued.
