Description: PERFORMANCE BASED WORK STATEMENT:1. GENERAL.1.1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK.1.1.1. The contractor shall provide Sleep Study Testing to Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH) Fort Benning, Georgia. The contractor shall provide Registered Polysomnographer i n accordance with established principles and ethics of the medical profession, the national standards established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), the professional standards at Martin Army Community Hospital (MA CH) to perform the testing. 1.1.2. The contract provider providing services under this agreement shall take daily work directions from the DOM and/or DCCS or his/her designated representative.1.1.3. Performance Measures.1.1.3.1. Outcome. The contracto r will provide qualified personnel who will fulfill the requirement to provide Registered Polysomnographer services at a standard enabling the MTF to provide such services at a high level of quality.
