Description

The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that Disposal of Non-Hazardous Merchandise is performed at the DeCA Kanto Plains Central Distribution Center Sagami General Depot (SGD), and Sagamihara Commissary, Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA) Japan in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall perform collection, transportation and disposal services of expired merchandise as required to meet the standards in this contract as well as Chapters 2,4,5,6 and 7 of Japan Environmental Government Standards (JEGS) and Article 3 of ?Law of Disposal and Cleaning of Waste (Haikibutsu no shori oyobi seisou ni kansuru houritsu)? and prefectural regulations. The Contractor shall possess all applicable licenses as required paragraph 1.4 Note; 1. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
