Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-23. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line items: 0001 FATS IFACT 300D Basic Military Hardware Package (P/N: MTS-PKG-01) to include: (1) Primary Simulation Computer FATS 300D 4-Lane Trainer (1) LCD Projector (floor mounted) (1) 90?x120? (standard) Wide Screen (1) Instructor Rack (1) Instructor Station with 17? Monitor of High Resolution, Mouse, Keyboard, and joystick (1) Color Printer (1) Audio Amplifier (1) External Cables Kit (1) Trunk Line 0002 FATS Pilot In The Loop Trainer (P/N: LPTP-Pilot) to include: (1) Laptop for SDS LiteFlite? Trainer 0003 I-FACT Software Package (P/N: LPTP-IFACT-SW) 0004 Three-Day Training Event to include installation (P/N: S-TR) 0005 M4 Simulator (P/N: RF-MS-SC) Proposals must price each line item listed above. Ship to: AFRL/HECB, Area B, Bldg 248, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Delivery required within 60 days of award, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2 (b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. WPAFB intends to award to FATS Inc. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements.
