Description

All work necessary to install AC Units in Bldg 4338. Architectural work includes: Replace existing ceiling with "T-bar" type suspension ceiling system and install smoke exhaust window. Mechanical work includes: Install package air conditioning system and modify heating system. Electrical work includes: Replace existing ceiling mounted lighting fixtures, exit signs, audio speakers, fire detectors with associated conduits and wiring, replace existing HVAC control system with associated conduits and wiring and replace existing electrical power transformer with associated conduits and wiring. Site visit will be conducted on 9 Jul 04, 1000 hours at Bldg 620. NOTE:THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
