- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number W912GY-04-T-0024 must be referenced in your response. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, Effective 18 June 2004 & Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20040625 Edition. This synopsis/solicitation is for small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this s ynopsis/solicitation is 332510 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001 Description: Bracket Set consisting of 1 each mounting plate (NSN 5340-01-422-7957), 1 each catch strike (NSN 5340-01-422-8042) and 1 each spring t ension clip (NSN 5340-01-272-0596. MFR: Hardy-Graham, Part Number: HBS 200-3R or equal. Quantity: 3,436 each. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California within 30 days after receipt of order.
