Description

THE BUY AMERICAN ACT IS APPLICABLE TO THIS ACQUISITION. CONSEQUENTLY, 52.212-5, SUBPARAGRAPH (b)(22) IS APPLICABLE, (b)(24) IS NOT APPLICABLE. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT 52.212-3(g) OF THE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS IS COMPLETED. THE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES IS 7/6/2004, NOON EASTERN TIME. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has a requirement for small arms ammunition as follows: 200,000 rounds of .223 caliber, 55 grain, FMC, Federal #XM223R or equal. This is a combined announcement/solicitation. Shipment will be to Brunswick (Glynco), GA 31524. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (a copy of this provision must accompany quote submissions); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. The following paragraphs in 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition: (a)(10), (a)(11), (a)(12), (a)(13), (a)(14), (a)(16), (a)(19)(i), (a)(20), (a)(21), and (a)(22).
