Applicable documents: MIL-H-49078, Defense Supply Center, Columbus (16236) SQAP011283944, National Security Agency (98230) 0N273827. Full and Open competition with first-article test (FAT) requirements applies. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDC) with two (2) 12-month option periods is anticipated. Increments solicited: 2000-4999, 5000-9999, 10000-14999, 15000-24999, and 25000-40000 units. Unit of issue: each (EA). Destination: CONUS locations (stock). Delivery schedule: see Request for Proposals (RFP). Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed three (3) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
