Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environemtnal Satellite Data, and Information Service, (NESDIS), National Ice Center, intends to negotiate on a sole basis with George Mason University, Fairfax, VA to provide research services for the Artic Sea Ice Climatology Analysis Using Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing Algorithm Sensitivity Study. This is a continuing study under the Cooperative Research Agreement with George Mason University. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquistion procedures. Reference EC-47.
