- SYNOPSIS for Offutt AFB Projects SGBP 94-0005A2, Repair Band Building Auditorium, Bldg 123; SGPB 94-0005B1, Repair Band Building Stage, Bldg 123; and SGBP 94-0005A3, Repair Band Building Lobby and Exterior, Bldg 123. This is a three-phase project. Phase One has already been completed. Phase Two consists of the renovation to the auditorium (SGBP 94-0005A2) and stage (SGBP 94-0005B1). The scope of Phase Two of this project includes the renovation of a Historic building on Offutt AFB with an area of approximately 4,100 square feet of existing storage and an auditorium. Renovations to the existing areas are office areas and music practice space and will add a new office/library. The following general construction disciplines will be required for this project: masons, carpenters, framers, electrical, mechanical, plumbers, and finish trades. Period of performance for Phase Two is 126 days. Phase Three consist of the renovation of the lobby and exterior of the building (SGBP 94-0005A3). Phase Three of this project includes the renovation of a Historic building on Offutt AFB with an area of approximately 1,260 square feet of existing office, storage and library spaces. Renovations for the exterior of the building will consist of tuck pointing the brick, new sidewalks, painting, and door and window replacement. The following general construction disciplines will be required for this project: masons, carpenters, framers, electrical, mechanical, plumbers, and finish trades. Period of performance for Phase Three is 140 days. All potential bidders are reminded of DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award.
