Description
REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 20,700 rentable square feet which will produce approximately 18,000 BOMA usable square feet with 20 secured parking spaces for the Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration DESIGNATED AREA: North: S. Mesa Hills Drive East and South: Sewage Main Ditch West: Cromo Drive UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: 50? setback from roads and adjacent property lines is expected 10? high chain link fencing around entire perimeter Allowances for tractor trailer turning radius Acceptable material for structure will be sold concrete walls at least 8 inches thick reinforced with rebar or other acceptable steel mesh. The structure will have not windows. Secured parking is required for 20 seized vehicles and two undercover motor homes Build-to-suit proposals will be accepted for this procurement. LOCATION: DEA may not be located near residential areas, day care centers and schools. Warehouse requires the warehouse be located adjacent to the El Paso Justice Center due to high security risk. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
