- Description
- The Government has a requirement for production quantities of SDV Mk 8 Battery Charger Systems, Spare Electronic Modules Sets, and Battery Interface Units. This will be 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns, and the size standard is 500 employees. The base requirement is for 2 Battery Charger Systems, 4 sets of Battery Interface Units (a set is 26 units each) and 1 Spare Electronic Modules Set. The maximum contract quantity, including options, totals 15 Battery Charger Systems, 9 Spare Electronic Modules Sets, and 28 sets (728 each) Battery Interface Units. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. Battery Charger Systems, Spare Electronic Modules Set, and Battery Interface Units shall be manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA drawing number 7334743 and Parts List PL7334743 and other associated drawings. Delivery of the initial Battery Charger Systems, Spare E lectronic Modules Set, and Battery Interface Units is required FOB destination within 180 days after contract award. Items will be inspected and accepted at the source by an NSWC representative to be sure that they meet the drawings and performance specifications. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999.
