This synopsis is modified to replace the following statement in the original synopsis posted 5 Nov 03: "AAC/PKZ plans to award two contracts but reserves the right to award more than 2 or less. of an approximate duration of 7 years (3 year basic with four 1 year options)." with: "AAC/PKZ plans to award two contracts but reserves the right to award more than 2 or less of an approximate duration of 5 years."
