- PR No: RR041760120000; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Cover, Access for the P-3 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply, Rohr Industries (Cage 51563), Williams Aerospace (3P104) and Aero Engineering (Cage 17772). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-806-4412; P/N 812825-1 REV ?B?; AEQ = 20 Base Year, 20 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 30 Base Year and 35 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 79 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 20 Jul 04. The anticipated award date is 5 Nov 04. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
