Description

This project consists of providing utility services, excavating and placing a foundation, framing of walls and roof, and applying finishes specified in the plans and specifications to provide a permanent, maintenance-free facility. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to check these websites for the solicitation issuing and any changes or amendments to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude for this project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification for this requirement is 236220 - $28.5 Million.
