- Description
- Food Services to on-base locations consisting of serving and replenishing food; cleaning facilities, equipment and utensils; preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar; bussing tables in dining areas; performing cashier services; handling foods, supplies and equipment; maintaining quality control; and in the event of a contingency, performing all required tasks to include cooking to ensure continued service. Period of performance: 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with four option periods: 1 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006; 1 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007; 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008; 1 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009. It is our intent to award a requirements contract with an award term incentive. This project is 100% set-aside nationally under the Competitive 8A Program. The solicitation is available over the Internet only – NO HARD COPIES will be sent. Follow the links on the EPS website to access the solicitation: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, and 436 CONS. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offers interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE). A technical proposal including a Management Plan will be required. Once determined to be technically acceptable, an integrated assessment of the Offerors’ price and past performance will be performed. The government award will be based on “best value” with the evaluation factors to be set forth in the solicitation. The government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price. If the Contracting Officer determines that the number of proposals that would otherwise be in the competitive range exceeds the number at which an efficient competition can be conducted, the Contracting Officer may limit the number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated proposals. Questions about this acquisition should be e-mailed to Pamela Alston, Contract Specialist, at pamela.alston@dover.af.mil. Alternate POC is 1Lt. Clint Varner at clint.varner@dover.af.mil.
