Description

The VAMC Sioux Falls, SD is soliciting proposals for primary health care services for community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) located in Sioux City, IA. Contractor to furnish nursing support staff and administrative support staff. The VA will provide the space, MD and/or midlevel provider. Contract will be for a base year and three one-year option renewal periods to be renewed at the Government's discretion. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS 621111 - $8.5 million. The solicitation will be available on the website on or about 7/7/04. All amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available on the website.
