Description
To supply Riverside Indian School with snack products for the 04/05 school year, August 30, 2004 to May 30, 2005. Contractor will provide unit price, based on estimated quantity to be ordered during the school year. This will be awarded for one year with option to renew an additional three years. Parties interested in submitting a bid, may request a bid packet, in writing or by phone from the Contracting Officer, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, P.O. Box 368, Anadarko, OK 73005, telephone no. 405-247-1527. The Bid Opening will be held on Friday, July 16, 2004, 3:00 p.m., in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office, Anadarko, OK. Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
