Description

The criteria for the possible replacement of Surgical Gloves for TRICARE Region 11 is but not limited to the following: must carry a full line of surgical gloves, must provide customer support, utilitzation reports,education programs,clinical support , must provide product to all medical facilities in the Region (WA and AK), must have latex and latex free surgical glove options (including but not limited to synthetic,neoprene, pvc, and nitrile) ambidextrous, dispense easily, easy to open, easy to deliv er to sterile field aseptically, cuffs do not roll down, glove cuffs are long enough to cover surgical gown cuff, do not rip or tear easily, no unpleasant odor, the level of active latex protein equal or less then 50 micro-grams for latex gloves, must prov ide smooth and texture grip, must have full range of sizes, must fit snuggly for size and have tactile sensitivity, must provide sterile surgical gloves, must exceed or meet ASTM standards and must be certified to ISO 9001. Companies interested in particip ating in the evaluation and possible agreement with TRICARE Region 11 for Surgical Gloves need to reply to this solicitation no later then 27 July 2004.
