Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 3,060 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 2,664 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date preferred is July 1, 2005, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded by North ? South of Hwy. 78; South - North of East Main St/Main St; East ? West of South Eason/Eason Rd; West ? East of Nachez Trace Parkway -- Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 11 surfaced parking spaces on site or within 400 feet of building.
