Description
The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire Eighteen (18) pad-mounted transformers. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number W912BU-04-T- 0072 has been assigned. The NAICS Code is 423610, with a si ze standard of 500 employees. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and cl auses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, 2001-20. The following is a list of line items: (1) transformer, pad mount, 150 KVA, 4160 volt delta primary, 208/120; 415/240; 460/265; 480/270 volt wye secondary, 60 hz, type OA, 65 degree C rise, 60 kV BIL, bay-o-net primary fuse, primary taps plus/minus 2-1/2%, dead front with six 200 amp wells & cad break inserts, drain valve, ANSI low hole voltage spade, liquid level gauge, sample valve, 4 position T blade sectionalizing HV switch (loop /radial), tabs to allow bolted mounting to pad, LO bonded to transformer case, qty 6 ea (2) transformer, pad mount, 300 KVA, 4160 volt delta primary, 208/120; 415/240; 460/265; 480/270 volt wye secondary, 60 hz, type OA, 65 degree C rise, 60 kV BIL, bay-o- net primary fuse, primary taps plus/minus 2-1/2%, dead front with six 200 amp wells & cad break inserts, drain valve, ANSI low hole voltage spade, liquid level gauge, sample valve, 4 position T blade sectionalizing HV switch (loop/radial), tabs to allow bo lted mounting to pad, LO bonded to transformer case, qty 8 ea (3) transformer, pad mount, 500 KVA, 4160 volt delta primary, 208/120; 415/240; 460/265; 480/270 volt wye secondary, 60 hz, type OA, 65 degree C rise, 60 kV BIL, bay-o-net primary fuse, primary taps plus/minus 2-1/2%, dead front with six 200 amp wells & cad break inserts, drain valve, ANSI low hole voltage spade, liquid level gauge, sample valve, 4 position T blade sectionalizing HV switch (loop/radial), tabs to allow bolted mounting to pad, LO b onded to transformer case, qty 4 ea. Delivery is required within 30 days to Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan after award. Earliest possible delivery is requested. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, the evaluation factors are price and delivery with delivery more important than price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representative and Certifications- Commercial Items, must be completed and returned with the offer. The provisions at 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered. The Government will not pay for information received. Bonding is not required. All contractors are required to be registered in the DOD??????s Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
