The Buster?s unique technology has proven itself to be an invaluable tool in detecting contraband in the hidden compartments non-intrusively. 1. The Buster uses Gamma-ray backcatter technology that utilizes a radioactive source of Barium 133 (with half life of 11 years) with less than 10uCi radioactivity, in combination with a Cadmiun telluride sold state detector to locate anomalous densities concealed behind homogeneous surfaces. The Applied Technology Division holds a Customs? license with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for use of the CESCO made Buster with its Barium 133 source. A Buster kit consists K910B Buster, K9 Holster, and K9-150 Remote Display with 4? long cable, operator?s manual, and option K-150B buster-on-a-stick (BOAS) Extension Pole. 2. FO-30-xx Fiberscopes are designed for surveillance applications, under ambient light condition it can be used in looking under doorway or through small access holes. For looking in the dark spaces, such as car doors, fuel tanks air conditioning ducks, and small hidden spaces, then can be connected with Hi-light handle and remote light source: There are two models: 1. FO-30-10: 6mm diameter, 1.5 meter (60?) or 2.0 meter (80?) long, 2-way Articulation fiberscope,18,300 leached image bundle with tungsten braid. 2. FO-30-20: 8mm diameter, 1,5 meter (60?) or 2.0 meter (80?) long, 4-way Articulation fiberscope,18,300 leached image bundle with tungsten braid. LRF-1 Laser Range Finder utilizes laser technology forming a narrow beam to measure the distance range from 0.2 meter (0.7?) to 200 meter (650?) with an accuracy of +/- 3 mm (0.1?), and designed to enables measurements in dark room and with low daylight. It is used to measure interior dimensions of cargo containers and truck for the detection of false compartments. The uniqueness of the Laser Ranger Finder is its ability to take measurements inside loaded containers through small openings. P-41 Expendable Probe Kit is a 3/8? diameter heavy duty stainless steel expendable inspection probe. The kit including 5? tip with hole and grooves, 4 each 12? ext sections, ?? anodized alum handle with lanyard, 3/16? diameter by 12? stainless steel ?Slimline? probe, all in nylon carrying case. PN-30 Pocket Pencil Probe is a pocket pencil body with retractable 4? stainless steel sampling probe. PN-30N Needles are replacement needles for PN-30 Pocket Probe.
