- Description
- The Government intends to add these NSNs or items to the existing contract, SP0760-04-D-7004 on a price pending basis. Additional NSNs will be added as necessary. Any interested offeror requiring additional information my contact the contracting officer for complete details. These are sole source to Howden Airdynamics (58163) and the Government intends to contract with Howden Airdynamics only. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses compete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sourced are Howden Airdynamics (58163).
