- Solicitation for End Item: Blackhawk, SH-60B, HH-60, MH-53E HELICOPTERS, NSN 1660-01-095-7599, LTC04061018667, B/E Aerospace Inc., Cage 1RCS4, P/N: 2540-00-B-00. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 79 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Configuration Control and Critical Application applies. QAP 003. NAICS is 336413. This is an Other Than Full and Open competition after exclusions procurement, intended sources: B/E Aerospace Inc Cage: 1RCS4. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 207 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 140 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
