Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) Cotton Program intends to procure the following: Pickup of Cotton Samples from Gins and Warehouses at points shown in the attached specifications and the Delivery of Sacks to the USDA AMS Cotton Program Memphis Classing Office at 3275 Appling Road Memphis TN 38133. For Specifications and/or questions concerning the routes or the quoting process, equipment required or insurance requirements please call/email Joseph Strain @ 901-384-3025, joseph.strain@usda.gov***ROUTE 4 (Misssouri) with 25 pickups. Estimated range of sacks (15,250 - 18,250) as per attached. Sample pickup should begin around the week of September 27, 2004.*** This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside using NAICS 484220 with a size standard of $21.5 million. Call to submit faxed quotations to Joseph Strain @ 901-384-3025. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE AUGUST 05, 2004 BY 10:00 AM Local Time. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12.
