Description

USDA, APHIS, Wildlife Services has a need for design/build services for six structures in Logan, UT. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and material necessary to upgrade and remodel existing space within the various buildings using the approved shop drawings which are to be developed under this effort. The contractor shall design, construct and inspect within national codes, EPA regulations, and federal, state and local codes. Davis Bacon rates will be applicable. This effort shall be awarded with a Guaranteed Maximum Price with the construction price to be negotiated after shop drawings are approved. All work is to be perfomed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a GMP of $200,000.00. This procurement is set aside for small business under NAIC 236210 in accordance with USDA policy. The solicitation will be available from this site on or about July 23, 2004.
