Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform 300 acres of pre-commercial tree thinning and slash treatment (lop & scatter to 2 foot maximum height) on the Sacramento Ranger District of the Lincoln National Forest. The contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor under the Migrant and Seasonal Workers Protection Act. This statement of work consists of completing the tasks/subtasks in section 5 to the performance requirements of section 7.
