Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to "Renovate Mental Health Ward 26AB" for project 538-04-101, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by the drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 300 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 07/23/04. Specifications will be available on line. Drawings will not be available on the web and there will be a $50.00 non-refundable deposit required. Requests for drawings must be in writing and accompanied by a check or money order made payable to the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Tuesday, August 3, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the DVA Medical Center, Building 28, Room 213, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors and suppliers are urged to attend. As this is an occupied patient area, this will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. 100% Set Aside for HUBZone Contractors. NAICS 236220.
