- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401 is soliciting for Valet Parking Services at the Medical Center. The average patient load per day is approximately 300 patients. Services will be required Monday thru Friday 7:30am-5:00pm., excluding holidays. Contractor must provide all background investigations for contract employees. Term of the contract is anticipated to be a base year plus two option years, pending availability of funds. The North American Industry Classified System (NAICS) code is 485999 and the size standard is 6 million. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Prime Contractor must have a minimum 3 years experience in Valet Parking at a hospital setting. Bid packages are now available.
