Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a formal solicitation. Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for an instructor to participate in the teaching of course curriculum for the Squadron Officer School (SOS) resident program. Contractor will be required to teach, evaluate, and provide critical feedback for over 155 hours of curriculum including officership values, leadership tools, team building/group dynamics, and air and space force employment concepts. The contractor must have been an SOS graduate and must have been certified within the last 3 years as an SOS instructor. Interested contractors may be required to travel to Maxwell AFB, AL on 14 July 2004 to present a capability briefing to the using activity. The contract must be awarded by 16 July 2004 for performance to begin 19 July 2004. The NAICS code is 611710 and the size standard is $6,000,000. The period of performance will be 19 July 2004 through 27 August 2004 (Phase I) and 6 September 2004 through 15 October 2004 (Phase II). Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory. Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) registration is mandatory.
