Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron, Tyndall AFB, FL, intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Humana Military Healthcare Services for 1) ULTRASONOGRAPHY TECHNICIAN, 1 Full Time Equivalents (FTE), 2) INTERNAL MEDICINE STAFF PHYSICIAN, 1 Full Time Equivalents (FTE), 3) MAMMOGRAPHY TECHNICIAN, 1 Full Time Equivalents (FTE), 4) RADIOLOGIST, 1 Full Time Equivalents (FTE) 5) PRIMARY CARE NURSE (REGISTERED NURSE), 2 Full Time Equivalents (FTE). The positions need to be filled by 1 August 2004. Corresponding Statements of Work with full position descriptions and requirements are available. The period of performance is 1 August 04-30 Sep 04. Award consists of one TWO-MONTH PERIOD ONLY. Other Than Full and Open Competition is authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The anticipated award date is 15 July 04. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only, no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
